Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

laptop freezes after losing internet connection randomly.

cannot reset to earlier recovery point 

cannot reset to factory settings 

"fatal error" message 

windows key not working 

"ask me anything" not working

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This should open a menu with choices such as F2 System Diagnostics. Tap F2 and run the tests.
