I still getting the error hard Drive error (3F0) even I know my hard drive is good, is there a way to update the BIOS without having the hard drive recognized?  I mean no windows yet, The bios does not give the options legacy or UEFI , I thing this bios is old, they need to be updated,  my bios says on top "InsideH20 setup utility. any help, will be well apreciated it !!!!!!!

As I understand you want to update the BIOS while the hard drive isn't detected,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Did you run a hardware test on the HDD to ensure the drive is still functional?

Have you attempted to update the BIOS using a flash drive?

 

While you respond to that, here's a link that contains details on how to update BIOS using a flash drive: Click here

And yes, you should be able to update without the HDD as well.
