If you're having problems installing it, make sure you're using the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer. Go to Start>All Programs>Internet Explorer
Do not use the link that says "Internet Explorer (64-bit)"

Hi eboy,
I saw your software request and I can help with that. Below you will find the link to the Adobe site where you can download and install Adobe Flash Player.

However, since Microsoft Office 2010 is paid software that requires a license and I will be unable to help you in that regard. There are several open source Office-like software available out there.
Thank you,
