how to bypass systems disable & admin password

Ok I bypassed system disable but how do I reset password when it forgotten. Or how do I add a user

Try F11 at power on to do a System Recovery back to Factory setup.

1.   Do you receive a 'halt code' after 3 incorrect entries?  If you do, post back with this code.
