This is the same answer as I gave you for the projector -- involving running a video cable between the two.

What kind of TV?  Is it wirelessly enabled to support "WiDi"?

 

Looking at the Recline 23 series (my wife has one), they only have an HDMI- IN port.

 

You could always try using a $39.00 ChromeCast and broadcast to it via wifi.  I have two of them, and they work very well!
