I am using pavalian dm1 netbook. i have to press 'fn' key to use F1 to F12 keys. How to change it?

You need to disable the Action Keys in the BIOS and then you can use the F1 to F12 without pressing the Fn key.

I did this on an HP Envy 17. But now, I cannot press "Insert" key (which shares the F12 key) without pressing the "fn" key. Does anybody know how to change the settings so that neither F1-F11 (I don't really care about F12) nor "Insert" require pressing the "fn" key?
