I can see you are requiring different items of information and I will do my best to answer both posts.

 

Now for the first question "how to use hp recovery". I am assuming you are running Windows 7 as the subject line of this thread indicates, so I am providing you with the HP Support document: Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 7). This document has been designed to walk you through the recovery process. Simply follow the document to a successful recovery of your system.  

 

As for the second question about how to get Bluetooth drivers. I am going provide you with the HP Support document: Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 7). This document if you review it will assist you with using the HP Recovery Manager to reinstall the original Bluetooth drivers that came with your computer.
