hello,

i wanted to reset my laptop to factory settings but on pressing F11->system recovery during boot up i get an error message "your pc needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. Error code 0xc000000f".
I tried other way of recovery and resetting but none of the methods worked.
