Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
When i go to select windows os to download drivers it can not show the 8.1 version for HP-ay513tx

Hi:

 

HP only supports your notebook for W7 and W10.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 drivers from the HP 450 G3, which has much the same hardware.

 

You can't use the audio driver or BIOS/Firmware files from this model on yours.

Audio...accept the agreement.  Download and install the 2nd driver on the list...

Since there ars no W8.1 drivers you will need to post the Hardware ID's.

In the hp driver center select your preinstalled os . . .and a list of driver will be open . . . ....... . . . Copy the name of the driver and google ---> download 'driver name' for windows 8.1 64 bit (ex- you want realtek audio manager driver . . . . . U can search download realtek audio manager for windows 8.1)
