What does that means?
I'm having hp pavilion 15-n208tx with windows 8.1
The same was enabled by technician provided by hp because of some issues with recovery disk(#2).
Will it cause any problem?

Hello and thank you for posting on the HP support forums. That setting will not cause any problems for you.
What will cause problems is playing around in the BIOS if you are not sure what each part of it does.
You click on the wrong spot and exit and save you may end up with a notebook that will not boot.
The power on from network is a standard setting it will allow you to turn your notebook on over a network if you wanted to but there are a bunch of other settings that have to be done on the network and the other computer for this to work.
Please leave the BIOS setting along until you have a chance to read up on Computer BIOS settings and what they are for and what each one does. This way there are not accidents.
If you have any other questions please post back.
Thank you again for posting and have a great day.
