I need to transfer all files and settings from old computer (with windows 7) to new computer (with windows 10). I need to know the best and easiest way....NOT VERY COMPUTER LITERATE. And is ZINSTALL a good way to do this.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Let's start by making sure we are talking about the same thing...
When you want to "migrate" an installation from one PC to another, you are talking about three different things:
1) Settings
2) Personal data
3) Applications
Microsoft used to have its own tool known as Windows Easy Transfer, and it migrated the first two of these, but not the third. And, I've also read that they no longer support it for Win 10.
My own personal choice is PC Mover from Laplink. It comes in several versions, and the free version migrates the first two of these -- settings and personal data. They also have a paid "Pro" version that migrates the third (Applications) but that is best used when the OS versions are the same and you only want to migrate your apps to a newer PC.
I have not used ZINSTALL, so I can not comment on it.
Good Luck
