The @ and the " characters on my keyboard are around the wrong way, so I have to hit the " key to get @ and vice versa. How can I fix it properly?

Hi,
Sounds like the incorrect keyboard layout has been set - ie US input on a UK keyboard or vice versa. You can change the layout for your keyboard as described on the relevant link below.

Thanks you, HP support team, for your prompt reply. But your reffered post is not working for my trouble. Actually my problem is with two keys, one is @ and another one is ". If I press @ then it works as " and when I press " key then it woks as @.
WHat is the solution of it for Windows 10 operating system?

Hi,
Can you post back with the following details.
1. The full Model No. and Product No. of your x360 series notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.
2. Type Language into the search box and select the 'Control Panel' result - what is the current keyboard layout set to ( ie US, UK etc )?
