It might be a good idea to run a full recovery. Have you ever done a recovery before?

Make sure you back up all of your important files first. Everything will be removed and the operating system will be reinstalled along with any preinstalled software that came with the notebook.
Careful if you have any software licenses you've paid for. Things like Microsoft Office. You'll want to research how to back them up first so you don't lose your license.

OneDrive is online storage. (Or Cloud storage). Just make sure you've recently done a sync and confirm the information is available by logging in to OneDrive online.
If the recovery doesn't work, you're looking at a hardware issue.
