Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Can't able to open some app beacuase of .net frame work .Tried to install won't happen ,please help me with this !

Hi,

I am assuming you need net framework 3.5; 3.0; and 2.0.

Go to control panel (from desktop press winkey+R and type control) and go to programs and features. Now on the left side of windows click on "turn windows features on or off". Now checkmark ".NET Framework 3.5..." and press OK.
