I don't think you have a  hp 2000-2116tu.

I don't think they come with usb 3 ports.

Since you chose not to provide the full model number of your notebook what operating system or whether or not it is a 32 or 64 bit operating system, I will have to post the drivers you need from a model notebook that has that version usb 3 controller and Intel Management Engine Interface.

I am going to choose to post the drivers for windows 7 64 bit.
