For one thing i have the HP 2000 2d19wm notebook pc. it says it does come with bluetooth tech. it still says i have to update my network controller driver

Hi. I'm on a Folio 13-2000 and I just performed a factory reset. I cannot acces the wireless network due to wireless network adapter is missing. I have tried several different drivers with no luck. Am I missing something? Please help!!!

When trying to install the driver for the HP G72 laptop, though the installation wizard said the files installed successfully, an installation failed notice was given after reboot.  Does this file need to be installed in safe mode?

Hi:

I wouldn't be able to speculate as to what is the cause of the driver installation failure.

Sometimes you have to manually install the driver from the device in the device manager for some reason in order for the driver to install.
