Not sure if you can see the picture but it says:

PCI/VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_051014E4&REV_01
PCI/VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_051014E4
PCI/VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&CC_028000
PCI/VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&CC_0280

Thank you for trying to help me figure this out!!

Hi, Steve:

This is the driver you need. It is for HP but it should work for any PC that has your card.

If for some unknown reason it shouldn't work, then go to your notebook's support and driver page and install the driver for your Broadcom 4313 802.11b/g/n WLAN card.

Thank you very much!! I'm typing this on my iPad, so of the computer doesn't have wifi. How do I download it and get it to the computer?

HP Recommended

Download it to your ipad, and if you can plug a USB flash drive into it, then just copy the downloaded file to the USB stick, plug the USB stick into your notebook and run the file.

Otherwise you are gonna have to find another PC to do that.

Ok I was able to download it by plugging in an Ethernet cable from my modem. I run the program, it installs and asks to restart the computer to take effect. However when it starts back up it still doesn't sense a connection

Is the wireless adapter now installed in the device manager?

In other words, it is no longer listed in the device manager as an unknown network controller, and is present under the network adapters section of the device manager, and is identified by its name and model number -- Broadcom 4313.

Click on the Broadcom 4313 in the device manager and check to see if under the general tab it states the device is working properly.

If all of the above is correct then there is some other matter not related to the driver.

No it's not under network adapters. The only device under network adapters is Realtelk, PCIe FE Family Controller. But under other devices there is a Network Controller with the little yellow exclamation point.

Hi:

That means the driver did not install.

I found the link to the support and driver page for your notebook.

http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/default.page?

Under Wireless networking, download and install the Broadcom Wireless LAN driver.

If that doesn't get it, I don't know what to tell you!

Ok under "Networking: Wireless LAN" there isn't a Broadcom option for Windows 7 only xp and vista. Should I download either one of those?
