Hi, Smallbapi:
You need the driver at the link below and your wireless should work.

Hi, ifccannon:
What is the full model name and number of your PC?
The first device decodes to an Atheros network device appears to be a wireless network device with a 5001A chip.
Did you add a wireless network adapter to your PC?
If so, what brand and model # is it?
Below is a link to my Skydrive folder. I have uploaded what I believe is the correct driver you need for your SIS 191 network card.
I have more than one driver file on there for other hard to find stuff.
You need to download the file named sgl207.
Extract that to a folder. The see if you can manually install the driver by clicking on the sis network device in the device manager. Then click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the "Browse my computer for software" method and browse to the folder you extracted the drivers to.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and hopefully the drivers will install.

Hi:
Please see if this wireless driver gets the wireless adapter to work.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-99392-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en
If that doesn't work, download the atheros 5001A XP driver from the link below and use the same method as I posted above to force a manual install of the driver. 3rd one on the list.
http://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-drivers.php
If not, I suggest you start a new post and see if someone else can help you.
Did you run the W7 upgrade advisor first before upgrading to W7?
If not, run it and maybe it will provide some info on if there are drivers available for your PC.
