my laptop is HP 15-D103TX and the problem is same as mentioned above.

Hi,
I'm not sure if these will work but based on the hardware id's provided, it was what I could locate for you.
Realtek Card Reader Driver - from the PCI id's
Ralink 802.11 b/g/n Wireless LAN Adapter Drive - from the network controller id's
Try them and see what happens.
