Product: HP Notebook 15-ay163TX

Just bought a new Notebook this afternoon. When I started doing the setup the screen went grey after the first  few steps.

Hey, did you try resetting to notebook? Hold on to the power button for 5 seconds then turn it on again. Also, try plugging it in for charge
