Hi lvhoang,
I saw your post about getting 6 gb/s and I will be happy to help. I did some research into your issue and found an other option to try. Try clearing or resetting the CMOS battery. Click on this link to go to the Maintenance and Service Guide which will show you how to remove the CMOS battery. Give that a try and let me know how it goes.
Thank you,

So, Probook 6560b, Kingston SV300S37A240G SSD and WDC WD7500BPKX Scorpio Black, both sata 3 drives. Current BIOS is F.42. If I enable Sata 6Gb/s, it boots, after hanging about 20 seconds, doesn't find WD drive, and SSD only in Sata 2 mode. I tried F.20, F.22, and F.28 versions, too, none of them worked for sata 3. A response from HP would be nice 😞

Just spent 40 minutes on the HP Chat support for less than 15 replies, in short, from the support representative: "the SATA is a different technlogy. Hence you might have to use the SATA II hard drives else contact the Hard drive manufacturer to get the Firmware update."
"... a BIOS update will not resolve this as the SATA II and SATAIII are different technologies."
after earlier stating that a BIOS update should fix it
" - Should I ever expect a BIOS update to fix this?
- Yes A***."
and that "It is not that it does not work, it is just that SATA 3 is not tested on the unit and might or might not work."
So, bottom line, next time when you think about HP products, keep in mind the whitelistings, too, and the rebranded supported components at about 3 times their price. You do get a good build quality and screen on some models, the cooling is good on higher ends, but noisy, you can find other quieter and more efficient. A good product, in my opinion, but bad marketing and managing. Your chioce

One more thing: Probook's 6560b sata controller is Intel® 6 Series Chipset/Intel® C200 Series. On Intel's datasheet, page 200, it states that it supports Sata 6 Gb/s on ports 0 and 1. It is here http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/chipsets/6-chipset-c200-chipset-datasheet.html
