Hi,
Just wanted to communicate to the forum that I had to change the old battery with a new one. Now, my Laptop is working fine and No issue with the Battery.
One more Issue has been recently identified by me.........................:smileysad::smileymad:
Sometimes, the screen of my HP laptop just BLACKS out while computer is ON, however, the application is still running. It is not happening Often, however, it is happening since past few weeks. I am not sure, why this is happening. Again, i never encountered this issue previously.
I have to force shut down and again start the computer to work. If anyone has similar issue, kindly update the resolution if possible.
Thanks and Regards
deb

MUDMUD here, My fixit man says the new batterys are bad.
there is no driver or program to differ between the batteries, if it fits and can draw power from the battery it should charge. I now will talk to the battery seller. I will report when finally fixer. Thanks mudmud

MUDMUD, thanks for the update. From the troubleshooting and everything you've done and reported here, it does seem reasonable that it's the batteries. Again, I'll be interested to know what the battery vendor has to say.
Thanks for the update,
I work on behalf of HP.

Well the battery man says he personaly checked the second battery before he sent it to me. It worked properly. He said it could be a problem with the connections meeting properly. He said we could end up trying many batteries to get one that would work. He said send back and they wold refund purchase price. I have since purchased a new laptop, HP, and will use old till it quits. I want to thank all who helped with my problem. THANKS, mudmud
