@Prasad, sorry I think I missed it. but what is the error code you are getting at startup?
Have you change or added RAM to the laptop?
I had a strange error on my pavilion g6 and it turned out the RAM I put in was to fast and made my laptop unstable and blue screen.

@teacher13 have you run a diagnostic tools from BIOS? Press F2 during startup and run the tool. see if it reads any errors. and post them here I will try and help.

Ran Hard disk diagnostic test and it was good. Ran F2 diagnostic test and it was good.

Smart disc error. so it is just telling you that your hard drive is going to fail sometime soon. you are going to need to buy a new HDD. This comes with just wear and tear from use. By any chance did you ever do a backup of your system on disc's or external storage to load onto the new drive? Once you get a new HDD you maybe about to plug the old drive with a external shell and pull all the old data from it.
HP Recommended
Oh it just hit me. you can turn off the smart disc error report so you can boot boot. but I still recommend you get a new HDD. go into BIOS and turn off smart disc reporting.
