Hi:

 

Your model is a business notebook. 

 

If you set Stringent Security in the BIOS, there is no way to clear the BIOS password without replacing the BIOS chip or the motherboard.

 

If you did not set Stringent Security, the only other way to try and clear it is to unplug the notebook from the power supply, remove the main battery, disconnect or remove the RTC (CMOS) battery for 30 minutes.

 

Then after 30 minutes, power on the PC with ONLY the A/C adapter connected. No batteries.

 

That should clear the password.

 

If it does not, you are out of luck.

HP takes security to enterprise user seriously you will need to contact hp to clear the password.

There is no master password generator for ProBooks or EliteBooks.

 

Removing the CMOS battery will not work it will do a 501 reset.

 

 You will need to contact HP.
