hello well my problem is i dont even have a year with my hp computer and now it only shuts off often and everyday i could be in the computer and battery will be dyeing and i will put the charger then all of the sudden shuts off and then i turn it back on and it still shuts off ones i put in the charger also happeneds to it when its full charge i want to know why is this happeneding ?

My problem requires a new hard drive. Go to HP support and they arrange a tech to repair.

Hello AfamFrancis.

This error means that your hard drive needs to be replaced.  I can provide instructions for replacing the drive if you provide me with your product number.

This document can show you where it is located.

Hello kerract.

This error generally means the hard drive has died and needs to be replaced.  You can try reseating the hard drive's connection.  I can provide instructions if you give me your product number.  This document can show you where it is located.

Your hard drive will definitely need to be replaced.  What is your product number?
