Fan not working on startup. Have accessed the System Diagnostics screen & ran the Hard Disk Test and Start-Up Tests. Both ok.

Should I run the BIOS Management ? Update / Rollback ?

i installed wind. 8 and i turn off the computer before finish install and take out de disk, now i can't starup the computer and the screens says: www..hp.com/go/techcenter/starup. wath can i do.

After running the F2 diagnostic test that it said it passed, it clicked exit to continue to start up menu & it tells me to "install an operating system on my hard disk." Please help anyone. This is my college laptop.

Memory check passed, smart check passed, long DST check,passed.bt stil it does nt startup.
