My Laptop saysHP Bios application corrupt ot missing. Instal appln and try again.

Fan not working. Screen message says it is not working and will shut down. When I held down F10, got the message, "9OP" but wasn't able to run a hard drive test. The whine was incredible, so shut it down again.

When I open my laptop the above message comes up along with:  System Fan 90B  Where can I go from here to prevent this widow from showing.   Any assistance will be appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

There are a number of students that have cooling system problems.  Some have starting problems etc.  We are notified by email only of those that are xperiencing the same problem.  When are we going to get a solution email to the problems that are listed.  We don't need to notified that the HP has a fan problem which is the majority of the problems listed.

 

The question is:  Is there someone with experience in the forum to help those that are experiencing 90B Fan Problem?
