i have a hp envy dv6 7206 tx notebook with windows 8 64 bit. when we start or restart the laptop it shows following screen-
f1-system information
f2-system dignosgics
f9-boot device opyions
f10-bios setup
f11-system recovery
enter-continue startup

on doing enter sometime it goes to main
windows 8 screen

My laptop does not seem to shut-down.  A fan is running when the laptop is on but one side of the machine is getting very hot.

The Machine is HP Pavilion g series.  Serial No HP [Personal Information Removed].  I am using Window 7.

I hv purchased new hdd for my hp dv6-1212tx. Its toshiba. I tried to install win 7 on it. When the set up runs, at the end it says " windows setup could not configure windows on this computer 's hardware".
Whats wrong with it? Plzzz help me
