I am having simular issues with my cpu(HP Touchsmart tx2) loaded with Windows Vista Home Premium x64bit just recently loaded Windows 7 Pro and my computer is not working anymore. When it boots-up it loads window files then afterwards on a different screen the Startup Repair tool automatically starts after trying to repair issue its states "Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically" Problem Details are as follows:

After reading different forms stating that it is not possible to upgrade from vista home premium to windows 7 pro now knowing that after the fact how can I either go back to my inital OS (Vista Home Premium) or something that works better. Thanks in advance...

itz me repeating my problem becuz you only got part of what waz happening! Well I have an hp dv7 4060 us and somehow i can't get it to work! it tellz me that i have no hard drive and gives me thiz 3FO error! I have tried to go into BIOS and repair it az ask to do but I obviously am doing something wrong. I have tried to press F10 and go to BIOS and get there but when I go through the other instructions all I get iz gibberish and code I do not understand! iz their anyone out there who can tell me weather or not i have fried my HDD and lost all my data or iz there hope for me yet! If so please reply with my next steps promptly pleasez! (hp dv7 4060us 64bit notebook)

it seems that after a series of windows updates on 02/15 or 02/16 i have lost control of my laptop,i can not start up. i was able to do a diagnostic, but never a system recovery. i get a hard drive fault (301) (303) can anyone give advise.

Turn off your computer.
Look for the f11 key on your keyboard.
Spam the f11 after you press the power button.
See if it will take you to recovery manager.
Click system recovery and follow instructions to reinstall.

hi i have a problem with my notebook i tryed to run the test on all but the the hard disk test failed constantly and wenn i let my notebook load to windows it starts eventually to search to problems on the laptop what shut take a couple of minutes according de hp system check takes my notebook over an hour and wenn he found the problems he starts to resolve the problems but wenn i got up this morning he was still trying to resolve the problems my geuss is that thats not normal so i come to ask you how can this be while the link of this startup was given to me so i could ask help wenn it didnt resolve hope you can help me with my problem
