Startup problem .
When I start my probook hp logo occur s on the screen then the screen is black again . This is happening again and again to diagnose I pressed Esc And diagnosed the error is memory failure .
What I should do now ?

MEU NOT APARECE ESSA MENSAGEM www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup NA TELA E PARA DE FUNCIONAR, JÁ FOI DUAS VEZES PARA ASSISTÊNCIA TECNICA E VOLTA A APERECER ESSE PROBLEMA, O QUE DEVO FAZER, COMPREI UM HP POIS ME DISSERAM QUE ERA UMA OTIMA MARCA MAS SÓ ME DEU PROBLEMA ATE AGORA.
