In this instance, you may want to contact HP, as you could be experiencing a hardware failure. When you contact them, their options will be based on your warranty status.

on startup it showing "the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating properly.
continued operation is not recommended and may cause unpredictable behavior that could result in random shutdown, dataloss and possible system damage.the system will shut down in 15 seconds .to prevent shutdown and continue operation press the ENTER key now"
