hi.i can't use my laptop,it says on the screen "boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk" then it says "hard disk (3FO)"

Good morning,
I purchased the HP envy20 about a week ago and I'm already having issues! For the past couple of days I turn on my computer, it goes through all of the start up process and then to the start screen with all of the apps, and then it stops on this screen! I am unable to click or touch any app to open them. I am also unable to go to a different screen. I tried the command control-alt-delete and clicked on Task manager but the screen won't come up. Please help me with this issue!!

i have a hp pavilion 3050us Entertain PC. My problem is when i turn it on  the messages appear on the screen is Boot Device not found...Please install an operatinf system on your hard disk.... Hard disk (3FO).... then I press F@ for system Diagnostic the result is System Diagnostic.. I tried to Press  F2 to start up the test it didnt work... what can i do? Please help me..

When I  turn on computer it's give some error and it tell me two option one says louch window start repair and other is star windows normally

my cooling fan is detected not working

The system has detected the a cooling fan is not operating correctly. Continued operation is not recommended and may cause unpredictable behaviour that cool resul in random shutdown, data, loss or passible system damage the system will shutdown in 15 seconds. To prevent shutdown and continue operation, press the enter key now system Fan (90b)

It went back to black screen say run memory test when I did that memory test passed and back to black screen
