when i open the laptop i have this problem in startup ( serial number not found )and the internet connection work only with the wireless connection why? pls help what i must to do ?

Thank you for the information. Usually, updating the BIOS will force the serial number to appear. For more information on how to do this, please reference this HP document: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00007682
