The computer came with windows 7 when purchased and windows 10 was installed a while later.
The computer was reformatted about 4 months ago, and since then it would not completely download the upgrades, and therefore after the download, it said upgrades not downloaded and removing upgrades now. This would take almost an hour.
We then reformatted the computer again about a month ago, and everytime the computer while browsing would freeze, and we would have to restart.
This kept on happening up until April 23, 2017 when we turned the computer on, we got a msg saying "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you" Then a blank screen and then at the bottom left it said to press the escape button and then another screen said "Preparing to repair", but it went to a blank screen and it stayed like that.
