Good morning iRobyu.
So, you have the 64-bit version of Windows. That means you will want to install this version of Microsoft C++ Runtime 2008 and Microsoft C++ Runtime 2010.
I am glad you asked that question iRobyu. When you see "x86" (x86's Wikipedia entry) it is referring to 32-bit hardware/software. It specifically refers to Intel based processors which are in all consumer PCs. When 64-bit processors came out they ammended the name. So, if you see "x64" or "x86_64" it refers to the 64-bit version of Intel-based processors.
Windows has a 64-bit version to utilize the different technology but a lot of software does not. So, when Windows needs to install a piece of 32-bit software it installs it to Program Files (x86). You will need the C++ libraries for your version of Windows which is 64-bit. Even though the software itself is 32-bit.
I feel like this explanation may be a tad confusing. So, just let me know if I need to reword it or if you have any question. I look forward to seeing if this fixes your issue.
Have a great day!

Hello again iRobyu.
Ensure that you have the most up to date version of the .NET Framework and then reboot. Here is a link to download the latest version.
If this doesn't resolve the problem I'd like you to check your Event Viewer. If you're unsure how to do this you can take a look at this article from Microsoft.
I hope you have a good day! 🙂
