Hi
I recently purchase my HP OMEN and cannot disable the usb 3.0 from Bios, I read that the bios must have lockdown the option , how can it be unlock? I need to disable the option because I have a device that only works with usb2.0.

I do not know of a way to disable usb 3.0 function. Odd that the device doesn't work. Normally usb 3.0 is backward compatible to work with slower usb 2.0 devices. Have you checked all usb ports? I have a different model but mine has 3 usb 3.0 ports on left side and 1 usb 2.0 on right.
