Hello maggie6587.
What version of Windows came installed on the server?
What version of Windows is it currently running?
Were their any updates around the time this issue began?
The Hardware ID seems to be just a generic placeholder and doesn't pull up anything helpful on Google. So, this may take a little investigation to resolve.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply. Have a good day.

On most Vista/XP computers the battery is listed in Device Manager as Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
