Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Windows Update generally allows you to both remove and block whichever Updates you want.
If you just remove them, the next time Windows Update runs, it will find them, again.
If you are running MS Office, it might be a 32-bit version, even though you are running 64-bit Windows, so if that is the case, I would not remove those Updates, but apply them, instead.
