@guandai,

Hello and thanks for posting on the HP support forums. If you did an upgrade from windows 8.1 to 10 and not a clean install you should have drivers. If not you will have to roll back to 8.1 and do the upgrade instead of a clean install. Other than that you will have to check the support page for your notebook for drivers to be released.
Thanks again for posting and have a great day.

I upgrade from windows 7- 64.  and rollback function is not here any more ......

what I can do is to clean install a windows 7  and upgrade to windows 10 again,

I do not buy windows 8 .

which driver should I stick on?    windows 7  or windows 8   , or windows 8.1

Hi

Connect to the Internet and run the Windows Update. This should download compatible drivers. Restart the computer and check the Device Manager for any driver conflicts.

If this doesn't work, download new drivers manually from AMD and Intel websites, uninstall the existing display drivers from device manager, restart the computer and install the new drivers.

Let me know if this works.

Hi,

You will need both Intel and AMD Drivers installed. Try the following:

1. Make sure you are running the latest Chipset and BIOS for your model.

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-dv4-Entertainment-Notebook-PC-series/508...

2. Do a "Clean Install" of Windows 10 after making sure that your license is activated and backing up data.

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/can-i-clean-re-install-w...

3. After Re-installing Windows, connect to the Internet and run the update. Drivers should get updated automatically. This should fix the problem. If you still have trouble with the display drivers, use the "Leshcat" drivers. This is from an independent developer and not supported by HP, Microsoft or AMD.
