I access Oracle via Citrix for my work remote access on my HP Mini 210-4000 CTO-PC. One of the search functions I need to be able to perform is a 2-part query. I need to press F11 to add the search criteria, then Cntrl-F11 to execute the search. I cannot get the Cntrl-F11 to work properly. I have tried disabling the function key in BIOS but all that did was prevent me from accessing the network (not expected side-effect).
How can I get this to work? Right now I have to go find a different PC that has a "regular" keyboard so I can complete the work. Help!

Hi,
Did you try a USB keyboard with MINI to confirm this one. what i know is that Oracle specific version has some issues related to screen resolutions. if the screen resolution is less than 1024x768 or some custom resolution, query causes the issue.
this is something Oracle may need to look into.
you may try using a USB keyboard to confirm if its to do with keyboard or due to customized display resolution for mini.
Hope it helps !!!!

Thanks - so just plug in another keyboard to my mini and try it again and if it works, then I contact Oracle to see if they have a solution? Or should I try adjusting the resolution on my mini first before contacting Oracle?

Hi,
I recommend contacting Oracle if usb also gives same issue. you can also try changing screen resolution while oracle reverts or just wait for their reply.
