when bout computer thay sad had web cam but dont look like one there but it dont work

I have to go into cyberlync youcam and it tells me to plug in a webcam or if I have a internal cam to turn it on. I can not find a way to turn it on.... Please help

i have the exact same problem, I am never buying this brand of laptop again. It looks like there is a webcam slot but im not sure
