Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, just installed new HD after crash.  Need recovery disc to re-install windows 10 and drivers.  Can't find anything on HP website.  Why don't they have a live chat?

Hi:

Enter the product number of your notebook at the link below and you will be directed to the support and driver page.

Select the W10 operating system, and normally the last link on the driver page will be a link to order recovery media.

The product number of your PC can normally be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

Hi, and thx for the quick response.  I tried what you suggested and no link appears for the order page.  HP says if link doesn't show up then this is not supported.  The pc is only 18 months old.  It seems to me that they should provide help since this was a 1200.00 machine...

You're very welcome.

What is the product number of your notebook?

If you don't reside the the USA/Canada, then you may have to order recovery disks by phone or if you live in Europe, then you may have to order from HP's e-partner, Best2Serve.
