Hi buddy,
I work in HP customer support i am sorry to let you know but now you won't be able to load the operating system because 3FO is a eminent HDD failure error
Consider reseating the HDD first if it helps then great
Otherwise replace the HDD.For detailed instructions you can call HP customer support
Regards

If Windows was installed in one mode and then something or somebody messed with the BIOS, this is expected. This is the reason HP recommends restoring BIOS to default settings.
If you followed the steps before and if the issue is solved for you there is nothing else you need to do at the moment.
Cheers
