Sir, i have HP 15 - ab032TX laptop. recently i have upgraded to windows 10. after upgading , i started getting this error - "Abnormal installation : Product installed required entries not exixt, Cannot continue!!!". please tell me wh do started getting this error immediately after upgrading to win 10. this mwssage appears every time i start my laptop. please suggest a solution.abnormal.JPG

I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion 15-ab032tx Notebook and issues with a Windows 10 upgrade.  Try to run a system check. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker,
Go to start or the Windows key and type CMD
Right click and run as Administrator type SFC /SCANNOW 

It will check your system.

 

You could  try using the Windows Update Troubleshooting tool to fix any updates that have not come through for Windows 10.  Please restart the Notebook twice to make sure all update have been completed!

 

Here is a document that shows how to update drivers that are not working correctly with Windows 10.

Hi,

 

I am facing the same problem. But if you restart yor PC after disable all the startup programme and make a clean startup problem appeared solved. But same problem has been arise during normal startup " abnormal installation product installed required entries not exist ". So, if there is any permanent solution plz help.

hi anil

i had similar problem and it was solved by disabling the MFC  services on the start-up as windows 10 does not support MFC services on the start up.

as u r using hp laptop u must have got unistal software in web redemption pls disable 2 services on the start up nd the problem of pop-up will be solved on the boot.
