Hi @Anil1791 ,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion 15-ab032tx Notebook and issues with a Windows 10 upgrade. Try to run a system check. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker,
Go to start or the Windows key and type CMD
Right click and run as Administrator type SFC /SCANNOW
It will check your system.
You could try using the Windows Update Troubleshooting tool to fix any updates that have not come through for Windows 10. Please restart the Notebook twice to make sure all update have been completed!
Here is a document that shows how to update drivers that are not working correctly with Windows 10.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.

i had similar problem and it was solved by disabling the MFC services on the start-up as windows 10 does not support MFC services on the start up.
as u r using hp laptop u must have got unistal software in web redemption pls disable 2 services on the start up nd the problem of pop-up will be solved on the boot.
