  1. Go to the Product Content Browser (in English).

  2. From the Catalogue drop-down menu, select WW EN.

  3. In the Search box, type your PC product number (for example, 250W1ET), and then click the result.

    1. You can find your product number by pressing fn + esc to open the HP System Information app.

    2. Do not use the code after the number sign (#) in the product number when searching.

  4. Under Product Information, click Compatibilities.

  5. All accessories that are compatible with your model are listed. You can copy the product number of the accessory in the results to search the internet and online stores, and then purchase the accessory.
