The Touchscreen on my Notebook doesn't work, what can I do?

Answer

The most common issue with touchscreens is that often people think they have a touchscreen when their computer actually didn't come with one. (Seriously!)
If you really have a notebook with a touchscreen, the first thing you can do is to restart your device. Sometimes Windows might have hung
