How can you stop an officejet 6210 printer from printing a report everytime you use the printer.

What kind of report is printing?  If you are printing from Word look for a setting about "Print document properties" and uncheck this.  The following is from Word 2010, for other versions search for "print document properties" in the Help section.

What if you follow the directions posted to get your printer to stop printing a report page Everytime you print a document, and it still continues to do it? Now what should I do? This action appeared out of the blue, I have a HP Desktop 3050A

print,scan,copy..please help, am wasting paper, time and ink...

What program are you printing from - name and version?  What is the nature of the report - is this an alignment page or a report of the document properties?  If the latter and you are printing from Word did you UNCHECK the Print Document Properties checkbox?

Which version of Word?  Have you verified the checkbox as shown in this post - verify it really is unchecked.
