Hello,

 

We have a 2490 that was hit by lightning and damaged the interface module.

 We have replaced the interface module. The set will draw dial tone form the PBX. But, it is loud and the sound cannot be adjusted. You are unable to break dial tone as well. We have the same systems with a new 2490. A regular 64XX series phone works on the same port. Any suggestions??
