Hello,

 

We have a number of Polycom conference phones in our meeting rooms. I've noticed the older units (prior to the "No Mobile Phone Buzz" sticker) are much more susceptible to RF inteference from phones/tablets. After searching the knowledge base and this site I didn't find anything addressing the issue in older products, I'm curious what others have done to reduce or eliminate RFI?

 

Having some background in RF, I suggested we might try snap on chokes on the external microphones to start, or some type of in-line RFI filter. But rather than trial-and-error, I expect there are many other users that have had this same issue and already tried various solutions. What worked for you?
